From the day of our establishment we have been shaping careers for thousands of youths by preparing them for filling the skill gap in the industry. During the past one and a half decade we have created a niche for the service industry by offering a job-ready and skilled workforce.
We have placed 14,100+ students since inception that contributes to 29% of total number of employees in the service sector especially Aviation, Hospitality and Tourism from North-East India; and it’s not just a statistical figure – this is what we do the best.
Today Jettwings Group of Institutes works with more than 140 brands that includes many companies of International repute. We have maintained a 35% international placement in 14+ nations.
However, for this legacy to last, we, as an educational institute, need to evolve with the industry trend to stay relevant. With the prediction of 20% annual growth rate in the e-commerce segment worldwide, we understand that the retail and logistics sector in airlines will be the next hot-pie where enterprises will need trained professionals.
Likewise, travel & tourism industry is to witness growth in international tourists’ arrival up to 30.5 million by 2028. And in order to serve this booming industry it’s estimated that more than 5 lakhs jobs will be created by the same year. So, we have started preparing skilled professionals in that domain too. With this growth in tourism, the international domestic hospital sector will also see a boost in demand for skilled youths. That being said, we further would like to focus on international cruise lines as part of our expansion in placement in the coming years as leisure travel is going to go high around the world.
